Text Message Terms

1. The text message program

You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at thabiti@adamscloudcyber.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity LLC sends and receives text messages on its business line, (619) 289-8064. You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity. We use these messages to schedule and confirm appointments, answer your questions, and give updates on work we are doing for you. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to sign up for text messages

Text messages are optional. You can sign up in either of these ways:

• By text: Text START to (619) 289-8064 to receive text messages from Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity about scheduling, your questions, and work we are doing for you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You will receive one confirmation message: "Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity: You are subscribed to text messages about your appointments and our work for you. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• By phone: during a call with Thabiti Adams, you may be asked: "May we send you text messages at this number about scheduling and your project? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out." If you say yes, we record the date of your consent and send the same confirmation message.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Most people receive fewer than ten messages a month. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How to stop messages

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START or contact us.

5. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
