HIPAA Evidence Binder Kit Terms

The terms of sale and license for the HIPAA Evidence Binder Kit. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

Effective November 4, 2026

The short version

  • One purchase licenses one practice. Use, adapt, and copy the files inside your practice. Do not share, resell, or publish them.
  • Each file you download is marked with your practice name, email address, and order reference.
  • Full refund within 14 days if a file will not open or the kit is not as described. If you have not downloaded any file, you may ask for a refund within 14 days for any reason.
  • The kit is general information. It is not legal advice and does not by itself make a practice compliant.

1. Who sells the kit

The HIPAA Evidence Binder Kit is sold by Adams Cloud and Cybersecurity LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), 10006 Three Oaks Way, Santee, CA 92071. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. on its own checkout page.

2. What you receive

For a one-time price of $197 (USD), you receive ten digital files: six Word documents, three Excel workbooks, and the HIPAA Evidence Binder guide in PDF. There is no subscription. The files are delivered by email within minutes of payment as individual download links. The links stay active for 7 days. After that, reply to your delivery email and we will send fresh links.

3. License

Each purchase licenses one practice. One practice means one legal entity and all of its locations. Within that practice you may adapt the templates, adopt them as the practice's own policies, and copy, edit, print, and store the documents and workbooks for the practice's own use.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the files, or documents substantially copied from them, with anyone outside your practice. You may not use the files to provide services to other practices or clients. A consultant, IT provider, or other firm that wants to use the kit for clients needs a separate license for each client practice. We keep all rights not granted here.

4. Buyer marking

Each file you download is marked with your practice name, the email address used at checkout, and your order reference, in the footer and in the file properties. The marking identifies the licensed practice. Please leave it in place.

5. Refunds

If a file will not open or the kit is not as described on the sales page, email thabiti@adamscloudcyber.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you have not downloaded any file, you may ask for a refund within 14 days for any reason. Because downloaded files cannot be returned, a change of mind after download does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. A refund ends the license, and the files must be deleted. If we see the same files shared after a refund, or a pattern of purchases followed by refunds, we may decline further orders.

6. Download records

When a file is downloaded, we record the time, the IP address, the browser type, and the file name with your order. We use these records to confirm delivery, to decide refund requests under section 5, and to respond to payment disputes. They are kept with the order record for seven years, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The kit provides templates and general information about the HIPAA Security Rule. It is not legal advice, it does not create an attorney-client or business associate relationship, and using it does not by itself make a practice compliant. Your practice remains responsible for its own risk analysis, policies, and decisions. Do not send us patient information.

8. Support

Questions about using the kit files are answered by email at thabiti@adamscloudcyber.com. Support does not include legal advice, a risk analysis, or review of your policies. Those are separate paid services.

9. Limits

To the extent the law allows, the kit is provided as described on the sales page and in these terms, without other warranties, and our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The terms shown at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. If we change these terms, the new version applies only to later purchases.
